The whole experience was amazing, no complaints, strongly recommend. The hotel was a super base for enjoying an awesome area, next to the centre along the beach in maybe 10 minutes or less and the island. The staff was very amiable and extremely helpful, as well as host. I thoroughly enjoyed spacious and spotless rooms. The location of the venue was lovely and wonderful - at walking distance from Holbox Island. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel...
Nothing to fault.

The room was spotless, and the staff was brilliantly helpful. The location in Isla Holbox was amazing, just off the centre along the beach, and within maybe a 10-minute walk to the island and many restaurants. Also, Viva Zapata, a great place for shots, is nestled within a 15-minute walk of the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located on the beach, which means I could enjoy it without having to go far. Additionally, it is still very close to the town center, allowing me to experience the city's nightlife and local attractions. The cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff made my stay even more pleasant.
Nothing to fault.

The beachfront location is definitely a plus. The views are breathtaking and the sound of the waves crashing is relaxing. The hammocks are comfortable and add a nice touch to the beach atmosphere. , the shared kitchen and mini fridge in the room come in handy for those who want to save money and prepare their own meals.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The bedding and towels had stains, and the room lacked basic toiletries like shampoo and lotion.

the location was perfect, really close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby for convenience. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities that included terraces and hammocks for ultimate relaxation. We enjoyed some of the fantastic activities on offer, including Bio-Luminescent boat tours and kiteboarding lessons. It was a great getaway.

The location on the beach was perfect, with a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of the ocean. We loved the complementary beach amenities, such as lounge chairs and umbrellas, and the refreshing cold drinks they provided. the private beach area with hammocks and beds was a great touch, making for a comfortable and relaxing day on the beach. Another bonus was the friendly staff, who gave us great recommendations on local food spots.
The accommodations. Though clean, the infrastructure and construction quality could use improvement, and the plumbing in our room was problematic.
